no, in utah i don't need one because of the mountains. the east mountains are behind my house, the western ones opposite them. Facing my house, to my left are the northern mountains and to my right are the southern ones. We live on the east side, and the street i live off of is called the east bench and it looks down over this whole valley of civilization, its beautiful.
