As you you all know, I've been sitting at my mother's bedside all week holding her hand, crying, watching her, waiting. I've become so socially lazy.

Mom update: She got hospitalized today. She was supposed to have her monthy super-chemo last Thursday but her kidneys were being silly, yes that is a technical term, so instead of chemo she got an ultrasound. Friday she ended up having stents put into the tubes that go to her kidneys. Today she went back for the super-chemo and had no luck again. ( Read more... )

Tonight is senior farewell. I miss my girls :(

My hair is getting to that stage where I look like I've got a good start on a whiteman's 'fro. I realize that I'm going to look like a complete tool for the next year or so, so I've decided to have fun with it. I'm growing a mohawk. Not the crazy tall, spiky kind but more of a 'faux hawk' if you will. I'm going to look like a gay man or something.

Google Earth. I must say it is the most entertaining thing I have discovered in weeks. Just today I have found most of my relatives houses (thanks to my cousin) and then I saw things like the Eiffel Tower, Zimbabwe, the Galapagos Islands and China.
