i would say somethign to her. It seems like your parent arent doing much if she still calss when ever it benifits her. you should call her up and set her straight ! boy i always wanted a sister

She kept moving around. When I was growing up I didn't grow up with her around. at all. She lived in Il. untill she was in her late 20/early 20's then she moved to FL for a few years untill recently and We don't know if she moved back to Il or what.
