I have devised a plan to almost completely cath up on my sleep.
It goes as follows:
- I will nap a lot.
- I will sleep extra late as much as possible
- I won't stay up until 4 in the morning anymore.
That's bacially it. I've already taken care of part of the napping part today. : ) This probably won't work, but it's worth a try.
