hahaha i speed like 20 over at times and i'll have cops pull up right behind me, but then i'll just slow down. and then they pass me. and as they're passing me, i giggle to myself. i talked my way out of a parking ticket once. never got pulled over though. suuucks for you. i'm just bad ass like that.
