TRACY is expensive but if you go to like Delta you can get a cheap house in Stockton / Lodi or other places near there.
My cousin did.

or, if u can stand ur house for four month (give or take) you can get a fulll time job and register for winter semester at long beach, that way u can just save and save and save and buy yourself an apartment or something!
