i think i have an eating habit. a bad one. i always tend to over eat, and the past month or so, i've concentrated on my food and my weight and how i look more than i ever have. not to say that i've changed what i eat because i cant make up my fuckin mind and i give into temptaion and what ends up happening is "oh fuck it i dont care im gonna eat

and as far as having an eating problem... eating food when you're stressed out for the soul reason of relieving stress is a problem. eating a lot-- especially as a teenager-- isn't a problem so much because you have metabolism. but if you don't like the way you eat--
the only thing to do is to change it.
not many people are sure of things. hardly anyone just knows anything. you have to live in order to figure things out. if you were sure about everything the way you want to be... life would be really boring. and there would be no point in living it. one day you will finally decide on all those things you're indecisive about. and it will be a nice reward.
i'm sorry you're going through all this. i hope you'll start feeling better soon.
