Well the fasting thing worked well to counter act the extra calories I consumed on the weekend but I don't want to try it again. I don't think it's the way to go for me. I think that eating a low but still filling number of calories a day and working out a lot is the best way to avoid binging and to consistently lose weight with out feeling weak/

Three weeks for 5lbs shouldn't be hard at all if you stick to it and work out, you'll do great.
