i think the worst feeling in the world might be when you're swallowing pills and they don't go all the way down your throat and you gag on them and come thisclose to throwing up all over the place.

What's worse is if they start to dissolve in your throat and you can taste something incredibly bitter and no matter what you do you can't make that stop. I'd say THAT is the worst feeling in the world.
