Can we really practice this? I dunno. @@ It's worth thinking about, especially
the last sentence.

Hmmm, very interesting. I have a feeling it is a little more difficult to put into practice than they make it sound. :)

Yes. But I think we can make it so that insults pass through us. We will hear them, of course, but then we can let them go. We don't have to hold onto hate or negativity. Then it is like they are fighting an emptiness. It will be like throwing insults at thin air.
