I love tattoos!!! Right now I have 3 and I way waaaaay excited to get another. It is going to be a tribute to Tim Burton and My Chemical Romance and I have it all planned out...just no money. :(

That turned out really well. Did it hurt at all?

Tim Burton is definitely a cool dude. Edward Scissorhands has been my favorite movie since 1994.

&the shading hurt and the bottom of it hurt more so than the rest because it was closer to my hand, thus closer to all those tiny bones and veins.

Edward Scissorhands is MY favorite movie!! My favorite song is Ice Dance (the song playing while Edward is carving the ice and Kim is dancing around in the shavings/snow). That movie encompasses pretty much all of my favorites... Favorite director, favorite song, favorite actor (Johnny Depp), favorite author/illustrator/poet (Tim Burton) and he wrote my favorite book (Melancholy Death of Oyster Boy and Other Stories).

My tattoo is actually going to be Edward facing Kim so it looks like MCR's cover for their second album (the cover is a guy and girl with their eyes closed about to kiss). I want it to be shaded in shades of blue to resemble ice (to pay tribute to Ice Dance).

Are you going to get any more tattoos??? (They are soooo addicting).

sounds pretty cool. yeah, I can recite almost all of Edward Scissorhands. I remember the year I turned 8, I would watch the movie every day after school for almost an entire month.

&yes i plan on getting some more tattoos. I want a four leaf clover on my foot because I am one of those proud Irish ladies and then I want a heart with a keyhole in it on one arm and the key on the other arm. A skeleton key. =] And I want two doves, one on each of my collar bones and I also want "peace on earth" across the top of my back in this cursive font.

haha obviously a lot more money than i have right now. =]

that is awesome. i really like it. =] are you going to get more? &if you are, what are you planning on getting? you should bring me with you to ink addiction, my friend ashlie brought me with her for her birthday &she got her first for $40.

thanks lady. yes I am going to get more! Right now I want a little 4 leaf clover on my foot and I want to get the outline of the detroit skyline across my back with "detroit has a skyline" under it which is the title of a superchunk song. I think those will be my next two. but I also want two doves on my collar bones eventually and a heart with a keyhole and a skeleton key too sometime. haha but that is a lot of fucking money.

&yes, getting together would be good. I have spring break next week. we should get together. &i love your icon.
