my friend was workin on that layout for me and she was like "give me a pic so i can try it out" so i had that saved on my comp and just gave that to her

if your talking about your profile thing on the left...I'm not quite sure how to take it out, but I think if you just browse around on www.blogring.net some of their layouts will have it, and you can just edit it to your desire...
