the remedy I use (and I have the worst cramps of any woman I've ever met) is to take 2 pamprin then 2 hours later take one or two advil and do that for the whole day. it works, trust me. you'll feel 50 times better.

i've gotta do something different...I always take two midol when the cramps hit and can't take anymore until 8-12 hours and it normally works but it took much longer this time for them to ease off
