Hell yeah. Nothin like grits with some butter. What I do is throw the grits in a bowl, pour 1/2 cup water in there with a scoope of butter and nuke it for 2 mins. yum. If I'm up to it I'll boil the water, but why waste time with the stove? isn't that why we have microwaves?
