the tables have turned

i don't know why, but i am so terrified of everything, anything, nothing.
paranoia and fear is creeping it's way into my mind and slowly taking over every thought and feeling i've ever had.

and i don't understand why, or how i'm supposed to make it go away.

i think it's serious this time..
i'm really, truly at my wit's end.
