just a couple ideas i thought of... Don't have caffeene,sugar or chocolate after 8:00 (not even ice cream) Try not to do anything like exercizing or exciting before you go to bed, cause that lets out endorphines and adrenaline that keeps you awake if you cant sleep, don't listen to uncalming music (ex: Stateradio...listen to distpatch (only songs like bridges,...) Don't read anything really stressful or think of something upsetting before you go to sleep..try to clear your mind
