What you are looking at here are four still shots of the peloton, or the large main body, of a popular race that just ended in California (Tour of California). The rider who is specifically highlighted in these photos is Lance Armstrong who made this year's Tour of California his official return to professional cycling from a short-lived retirement. The Tour of California, much like the Tour de France, takes place on public roads so spectators can gather on the sidelines, dress up, or even run with the racers as they pass, given that they don’t touch, get in the way, or interfere with the race in anyway. The individual you see here decided to dress as the devil but in Lance's trademark 'Livestrong' colors and instead of a pitchfork, he is carrying a staff with two large syringes attached, this is where it gets sticky
