my court date is wednesday at 9 AM, for drug charges.
so far the only advice i've gotten is:
"wear a low cut shirt & hope you get a male judge"

does anyone know if they're gonna drug test me?

hey the same stuff happened to my brother when he was in hs. Ill ask him tomorrow morning and post or IM you okay? I dont think you have anything to worry about, but also it is CA which is diff but my brother is all up on laws/and stuff.

Yeah, dress responsible & conservative, it'll show the judge/jury that you're a responsible kid or something.

And as far as testing goes, I think you can be tested and have it used as evidence against you or some shit. To be on the safe side, just assume you will be =/

my friends wastn drug tested when he he had to go to court for drug charges, so i dont think you will. if you do get a P. O., he or she will gice you drug tests.
just be nice & appologetic when you are there, just baisically say that you are sorry & you made a stupid mistake & you will try better next time on making better decisions...& thats all i cant htink of rite now
