So, I'm probably finally getting my first tattoo this weekend.

Hopefully I can convince this other artist to tattoo me, but I dunno. He has some karmic codes that means he probably wont give me what I want.

but I'm curious, who is this artist who won't give a customer what they wan't? it's pretty bad bussiness sense... -_-;;;

I'm pretty close to my first myself, I really want to get it done before Con, 'cause it's super geeky, but super geeky in a way that you don't know unless you know what you're looking for (if you don't it just looks like random celtic-ish design) ^_~ I'm hoping it'll be fun seeing who'll recognize it :)

The tattoo I want is a hand tattoo, done in UV reactive white ink.

The artist (who is the only artist in the cities who carries or has any experience with this ink that I've found) has this thing against tattooing someone on 'public skin' unless they've had another tattoo for quite some time.

I'm hoping that I can convince him to tattoo me because the ink wont show up in every day life and so it wouldn't really show and effect me in every day life. I really, really, really want it before con, and so I really hope I can get him to do it for me.
