WOW. I'm fifteen and my hair's just streaked bright red.. I want to cut it tooo.... ><.. But dear mother won't let me.

Ha, my mom lets me do what I want for the most part.
She actually made me an appointment to get a piercing of my choice for a surprise present thing ^_^
