In 2004 it was barely a win with 51 % of the country voting for the President Elect.

In 2008 it is "a landslide win" with 52% of the country voting for the President Elect.

I am sorry, but this is a picture of the last "landslide win" in the USA.

I agree with you though, he may have won a lot of electoral votes, but 52% is not a landslide...unless you're talking about 52% against Ralph Nader or someone else as his opponent.

Thing is, in 1984 the Republican party was shown in Blue, not Red. They re-colored the map.
