Wow no auditions for this musical fund raiser???? Who decided to use the people in this show??? You have turned away a lot of people who want to help out the Music Box, but were not asked and were not given a chance to audition. Poor judgment on everyones part=the director, the Board of the Music Box-you, as musical Director----that is why they are in the shape they are in today---you never put on a show, no matter how little time you have to rehearse, and not have open auditions. You think they would have learned by now-this is why people left and gone onto other theaters. I wish you well, though-God knows they can use the money.

on second thought, I am going to reply, and say that it is NOT a music box production. is a misfit production, like everything that heidi and i do, and we had minimal amount of time and chose players we have worked with recently and could pull songs that we knew together FOR the music box, not WITH the music box. and i'm replying to clear that up for anyone else who thought this was unfair of us. this show is something that heidi and wendy contacted me and say hey we want to help the music box, here's our cast and here are our song ideas, let's do it for them. and that's exactly what we're doing.
