when i have conversations with my teachers (see: after class), or with hedi (see: lunch lady, fo' real), we discuss the fact that kids these days (!) don't give a flying fuck about school.
and how that's all i care about.

therefore, i need a life.

haha...i agree. i have no life. I bet our lives are hanging out together and having all the fun without us.

hey.. err, apparently we go to the same school (you're on live_in_morocco and superman4121x's friends pages..) and, well, you probably don't care, but for some reason i really want to respond to your entries. so here goes. i used to be/kind of am like you when it comes to school, except that i'm somewhere in between caring a LOT and not giving a fuck. it's hard to care about something when you feel like it's taken over your life, not worth your time, and you could be doing something SO much better. i don't know, i try to work and i want to do well (& loved school before hs), but it's so hard to do that when you feel as if school is irrelevant to your life. if you really put yourself into school, it's like, what's left of you (or maybe that's cuz it takes me forever to do work)? and why sit through subjects you don't care about or suffer if you put your all into something and end up getting less than optimal results? wow, that was a total ramble and this is really long (sorry!!), but maybe that explains it a bit, if you even wanted an explanation ( ... )

it's not that i care about school.
i could not care less about ramapo.
i do, however, care abotu learning.

i want to know everything.
ever.

highschool does nothing for me but keep me from fulfilling my dreams.

i need to leave before i loose all motivation to do anything but drink and go tanning.

...eh.

actually, i totally know. i also love learning (umm except for math and sometimes science?), which is why i hate high school so much. in part because i feel like most of the time i'm not really learning, and in part because i want to work for myself, not just do work for the sake of grades. (plus i would love to be experiencing to gain understanding, not just sitting in a classroom pretending to). thankfully, i don't think anyone who wants to know everything could ever be satisfied with a life of drinking and tanning ;)
