Wearing glasses to prom is...ok or a horrible thing?
They go well with my dress and all, so....

It's a-okay by me! I wore my glasses to my Proms. Besides, who the hell wants to go somewhere dressed up and not being able to see(I hate contacts, I hate sticking things in my eyes)

If they're the same glasses as in the picture you posted, I'd say go for it.

as long as you like them thats all that matters, I've seen great glasses at all sorts of fancy occasions, including on bridesmaids at weddings (and they looked fantastic)

if you're worried, you can always take them off for a few pictures, then you'll have all sorts of looks going in one evening.

If you like your glasses enough. I really didn't last year, so I didn't wear them to prom, and now I'm glad I didn't because I wear contacts now. But if your glasses are nice, it's cool.

It was kind of fine last year to have these conversations.
Person: Oh, are you wearing contacts?
Me: No, I... really can't see.
