the first "freight" would be freight as in, freight train.

Beacuse its Halloween It would be a "FRIGHT fest" which implies that its a FESTIVAL of some sort, that is very FRIGHTFUL. it would tie into to teh Halloween theme of being "FRIGHTENED" very often.
