Having to do all these extra things, these unnecessary trivialities that only support the already well-established bureaucracy, is really making me so bitter about school. I thought this birthday would be miserable. But, it really wasn't anywhere near the vicinity of misery. I had so much fun and I felt like I never had before. I always felt like I was alone.
