i'd say 14. i remember before i turned 15 it was really irritating to find a good community that would allow 14 year olds to apply. and just because they apply doesnt mean they'll be accepted. only the worthy. muahha

Personally, I'm probably just being arrogant, but 16 is my preference...
Meh. I'll go with 15, but 14 is pushing it. I'd like to read a 14 year old's application though.
I'm intrigued ^_^
