if this happened in the shoe store.. and there was something on the chair in that store.. why didnt you try talking to the people that work in their first to figure out what it was you sat in?! before rushing straight to customer service.. who knows, maybe the lady that went back to check the shoes out for you might of felt some remorse and gave you some sort of sweet discount on the shoes.. i doubt that would happen.. but ya never know

Oh you know I should have added in the letter that me and my friend waited with several other costumers for enough time for me to walk away, look at the perfume, and come back, before the one saleswoman even came out to help anyone, and once she did come out she got a phone call...

stupid marshall field's bastards. they're all snobs that work there. i don't think i've ever shopped there just for the fact that they're all rude and think they're better than everyone else and they all suck. i woulda cussed someone out. but that's just me... good luck with that.
