Im not exactly dieting but I've made an effot to eat better. I quit soda about 3 weeks ago maybe more. I eat a fiber bar for breakfast only 120 calories, small salad for lunch with an iced tea, and then dinner. In the last year and a half ived lost a good 35 pounds. i'm at the lowest i've been in like 3 years. which is awesome.
i like using a calorie counter. i have one on my phone and i like using thedailyplate.com i've lost like 14 lbs since april just staying at or under my daily intake goal.
plus i do stuff like ride bikes and go on walks anyway. so that just helps :D
