my back is getting worse. it hurts so much and i have no idea why. on the bus ride home it really started hurting and i tried to sit straight and stuff but it wouldn't stop hurting no matter how i was sitting. i feel like crying it hurts so bad. i called my dad when i was walking home and told him about it and he said to lay on an ice pack to see
