Its been four months since Ive been working with a trainer. I guess im pretty satisfied. I didnt lose weight like I intended to, but I gained muscle and toned up. I like the way I look (some days) and I feel better about going to the gym. I have two more sessions left. I just hope after I stop seeing the trainer, I wont get off track. the best way to lose weight is running, I swear it's amazing. Don't do it in the middle of the day (it's obviously too hot in the summer.) but do it in the morning and do it at a track (you could probably do it at Cerritos College) and carry a shank! (just in case!) The key thing to remember about running and getting really good at it ( I know, running sounds wack) is NOT to push yourself and regulate your breathing. If you keep a slow pace and breathe in your nose and out your mouth, you can run longer than you ever thought. I'm serious! Try it! After a few times, I swear you'll notice a difference.

ok, ill try it as soon as im not congested. haha i have a cold :( but yea i hate running. im not a runner at all. I can only run about 4 min. its embarrassing, but its the truth. im not a smoker, but i feel like one when i run. haha

I know what you're talking about dude, that's why I stress DO NOT push yourself when running, because even if you're jogging lightly, you're getting way better cardio than if you were running on a treadmill. really focus on breathing and taking it really slow. I wish I could show you in person because it's a little hard to explain online, but all I can really say is take it easy on yourself and you'll slowly get better.
