FRIENDS ONLY RULES
1. If you want to be on my friends list, comment where it says "friends only".

3. DONT comment saying something like "hey halle wanna hang out?" because it has absolutly nothing to do with adding you as a friend and its wasting my time for me to look at it. Only comment asking to be on my friends list and telling me how much you love me.
