Me being newly inundated into the MMO community, a friend had sent me an email with the subject line saying "If WWII was a Video Game". I swear, though it is quite an exaggeration of the events of WWII, it is quite accurate in its satire of the communication between people in an MMO. I was in fucking stitches after reading this:

fuck yeah. and its all because of WoW. but i was in fkn stitches when i read this...for years i've watched my nephew type like this w/ other 16 year old wannabe haxx0rz and never understood it.

I have hardware coming into the office for me today (and tomorrow) so I can setup a machine for my kid. He's already addicted to Warcrack and now I need to get him his own account so we can game together. I can't fkn wait.

I also have another gig of ram coming for me...heh.
