Hair Dye

So I have a dilemma.

I'd like to dye my hair sometime within the near-ish future, with either highlights or something similar--in other words, not my whole head, but I'm up for most anything right now. I'd like to not bleach my whole head if possible, you know? As a result of my searching for an appropriate hair color, I remembered how happy Maggie

I am always, always a fan of red (blood or nuclear red are best), but that's cheating - of course I'll say red!

So instead, I'll suggest Fishbowl (aqua turquoise) because I like the color and because I think it would look really excellent in streaks against your dark hair. Wildflower (bright purple blue) would also look great, or blue-haired freak. I'd avoid greens even with special effects because even with the good stuff they do fade yellow, and that almost never looks good. For you, I think the blue range would suit really well (blue-green or blue-purple > just blue).

I think Maggie is absolutely right; Green may fade into barf color, and that would be an utter tragedy (this happened for one of my friends who died his hair green).

Purple could be really neat, I think. Not sure which one though.

Listen. There is a color listed as 'Bright as Fuck Yellow.' That is the actually name of that color.

You should get that color and dye your hair that color.
