I don't need just a site that tells me that the market basically ignores the african american market. . . or another expert that tells me that perm break off your hair. . . i need like eye shadow, fashion, hair tips

black_hair_etc ( i don't know if that is 100% correct) is VERY active on black hair care tips. Look at my communities because i'm apart of a few of those.
