Can someone tell me how to make my journal friends only?

It would be greatly appreciated.

when you write an entry, you have the options of making it public, friends only or private. you should just click the friends only option (at the bottom of the entry) and it'll show up only to your friends. if you want your entire journal friends only, you have to go through each post and change the security
