- new layer, fill with #ff1177 and set to saturation, lower the opacity to like 32% (depending on your image)
- duplicate background, set on top and set to overlay
- layers >>> new adjustment layer >>> hue/saturation/lightness. Up the saturation by around 46.
- paste this piece of texture I cropped out by exit47 on the top half and set to exclusion.
