This isn't icon related and I'm not sure it's allowed, but I just wanted to ask all of you to keep in your thoughts and/or prayers everyone who has been affected by the massacre at Virginia Tech. I don't know anyone there personally, but I do go to school a hour and half away and I am still saddened by this. The first victim ID that was released ( Read more... )

I go to Randolph-Macon in Ashland. Thankfully my friends who go to Virginia Tech are alright, but it doesn't make this any less...tragic, horrifying, shocking. Words aren't really enough.

Such tragedy. RIP indeed.

I'm incredibly shocked & don't really know what to say. It's horrible enough on its own, but when I think about how CLOSE it was to here... *shakes head* I can't even put it into words. :[

They're saying it's worse than Columbine.

Considering that there's a far higher death toll, I would assume it is. :[ They're calling it the worst school-related massacre in history.

my friend has two friends missing who had class in that building this morning. im going to be physically sick. my brother goes to school 20 minutes away from there and i'm 2 hours away and know many people there. please pray for everyone, especially that we hear from those missing.

it's so surreal. i never thought we'd have another school shooting as bad as Columbine.
