I had a fangirl squee kind of afternoon. George R.R. Martin just announced a definitive publication date for A Feast for Crows! I had heard the news but dismissed it but he's serious this time (apparently all of the other dates were optimistic guesses). I had a pretty good interview yesterday, mostly because I knew one of the interviewers. I had asked him a few months back if he would keep an eye out for any openings and he referred me to the posting about a week ago.
