I'm surprised I'm even going to take an anonymous comment seriously, especially coming from a person who doesn't know the difference between your and you're, but here it goes. First, I would not have started a war over oil and power, but I won't get into that. More over, I would have cut my vacation short, instead of flying to San Diego after the hurricane. I would have showed more concern than Bush did. I would have put more effort into helping the victims. Oh yeah, and I probably would have paid attention to all the scientific evidence pointing toward an upcoming hurricane so that I would have been prepared for when it struck. And one more thing, I would have NOT cut New Orleans' levee funds three consecutive years in a row with knowledge that it needed repair and up keeping. You'd think something such a thing as a levee would have some sort of importance to Bush, considering the fact that the breaking of the levee is what caused the most damage. But next time you want to question what I'd be doing during a “State Emergency,” log on

Let’s see, you’re trying to suggest my solution would have been to put a "levee in every possible city that could possible be a hurricane victim." Get real, there was already a levee there THAT NEEDED REPAIR, which should have been taken care of. Guess what, the levee was built to withstand a size 3 hurricane, the hurricane WAS a size 3 by the time it hit. So it’s safe to assume the levee needed work done to it. The money that was taken out of the levee fund year, after year, after year, WAS TAKEN OUT TO PAY FOR THE WAR. So yes, it does have to do with the war. By the way, the breaking of the levee was the reason for the substantial amount of damage and deaths. I don’t know what newspapers you’re reading. Another thing, the statement you made, "you're* acting like people like to hear that others are dying." It's REALITY, if we keep ignoring it and acting like it's NOT a big deal then what kind of relief are the people suffering going to get? YOU'RE acting as if donating to one of the charities isn't doing much. Well, WAKE THE FUCK UP
