You are not alone in feeling this way. I am reading the Purpose Drive Life and this part I thought fit this. This says about hopelessness and I know ur not at that point but the rest fits.
"If you have felt hopeless,hold on! Wonderful changes are going to happen in your life as long as u begin to live it on purpose. God says,"I know what I am planning for you...."I have good plans for you, not plans to hurt you. I will give you hope and a good future."" You may feel your facing an impossible situation, but the Bible says, "God... is able to do far more than we would dare to ask or even dream of-infinitely beyond our highest prayers,desires, thoughts or hopes. I do a lot of questioning myself about why "He" does things. But I am learning more and more that he only gives us what he feels we can handle. It may be rough but we can do it if we hope.
