I was actually reading through your livejournal when I came across this.
Don't worry! My parents were pretty much the same for a long time. The best you can do is to tell your parents how grown-up you are and that you can take care of things on your own.
If it fails, just live your life and whenever your parents try to correct you on something, try to correct them on their mistakes as well. Trust me, parents hate it, but it's the best thing for them to understand your frustration! :-)
