A lot of my friends are going crazy saying "oh how could they do this to us!" "its so unexpected!" "i'm never going to listen to them again!" and stupid stuff like that. One of my friends warned me on AIM after I said why I understand that they are breaking up. crazy kids.

But it is understandable, because they have been around for a while making awesome music, and now they all are about 30 with children, so it makes sense if they want to spend time with them.

There site says they may be back, but I doubt it. But it sure will suck not to see a new blink 182 cd or video.

i dont think they have 'broken up' i think they are just taking a break... and even if they have broken up. to me, Blink 182 will never be dead. i love there music and i will sing there lyrics till the end of time :)

i tottally agree with you on the being 30 and having kids and stuff. hello, they are 12 years old!!!!! they are legends in my eyes. and probably the first band that got me to apreciate real music (and when i say real music i mean bands that play their own instruments) they need to spend time being humans. and not touring around for our amusement.

i've counted 50 different blink shirts so far at school today.

i really hope they're not dead..but i'm skeptical. i just wish they'd had a better last album. it wasn't bad, but it wasn't nearly as good as their older stuff.

I think something worse happened because they coudld've picked a better time to do it than missing a concert for the tsunami. I like them a lot and its sad. it'd be sweet if they did anything else but I doubt it.
