it was a lot of saving up. but i am really lucky that i was able to go.
its been a dream of mine to go to egypt after seeing an exhibit on ancient egyptians when i was 8 at the national art gallery.

$1300 plane ticket
$900 2 week trek with imaginative traveller, includes all transportation, sleeping accomodations, guide/trek leader man, some meals, a 3 day felucca ride
about... $300 spending money on museums, presents, temples and food
and we stayed 1 extra week in cairo/alexandria, the hotels were about... $30 a night for 2 of us.
around $2500+ for a month

trent was okay..they're a bit disorganized and such, but it was a good experience.
i decided to major in cultural studies..it's kind of like media/semiotic analyses. 'tis foon.
i'm back at the wheat berry this summer!
