Alright kids, its time for an update.
November 8th:
I woke up and realized it was my mother's birthday. Basically I had nothing for her, so my friend and I stopped by Vons for some last minute ideas. We settled on making an apple pie, because my motha is a pie nut. So we make this pie, and its is fabulous looking...all hot and crumbley and old fashioned looking.... (see below for proof)
then we eat some and the bottom crust isn't cooked all the way and its kinda making us gag...but we have to serve it anyway. My mother and father love it. We laugh at them mercilessly.
November 9th:
Bethany, Chelsea (the birthday girl) and myself attend Death Cab...
This stuff followed us through out the night. If you haven't had any yet, you truely are missing out on a part of the 21st century.
(basically, I just woke up from a heavy coma. Bethany is a deer being stalked by a pair of headlights. Chelsea is pretty cute...as usual.)
oh, and heres the band:
yeah...it was pretty glorious.
Post-glory, we graced Dennys with our overly made-up faces ....and it was there that a large drunk black (Catagory: 10 creep) man found us.
He quickly decided that he loved me, and that the three of us were "Charlie's Angels" ("ya know...girls that belong in England. I like those girls over there") and that one of us was Ashlee Simpson, and he had quite a lovely singling voice. Finally he started making "I love you" motions and we quickly departed.
Anyway...the most important part is that I payed a visit to Target today.
I bought three Christmas cds.
Christmas with the Rat Pack (Sammy Davis Jr. is underrated. Frank Sinatra is overrated. And Dean is Jan Brady. Nobody cares)
A Charlie Brown Christmas
Holiday Jazz
JAZZ! im pretty excited about that one.
And today, I saw my first "holiday" commerical.
Basically its 42 days til the day.
Aside from that, life is getting so much better and Im sounding pretty obnoxious with all this happy writing.
Im done.
