Firstly, many thanks to everyone who offered their best wishes yesterday, it was most appreciated.

Secondly, it seems that it is not just me who has several reasons to celebrate this week, it looks like a few of us have been touched by the hand of the Employment God or have other reasons to be cheerful, so:

i can't make it!!! aarrgghh, we are going to the foundry to look at the fanta exhibiton. it ends this weekend. will text you and see if it is possible to swing round.x

It would be nice to be there, but I appear to be living in the arse-end of nowhere. Apparently, they tell me it's 'spreading' season, which they offer as an explaination for the stench. Personally I am not convinced. Alas, alack, lack-a-day nd other polite ways of saying bollocks. None-the-less don't get too intoxicated and have a good time. :)
