So let me get this straight: Fred's locked himself away, Ron can't take directions and got himself bitten by Emmy, Hannah managed to ask Ernie to the ball and a fair few people want to take my little baby Pygmy Puffs away when they're born.

Ron, of course, is basically throwing them at people when they're not even his. But... I'm not sure if I want ( Read more... )

Are you mental, Hermione? The things incestuous! Have you forgotten that? We'll end up with 20 if we're lucky to get so few. Fine. Keep them if you want. But don't act like I have no part in where the babies go. I bought Evil Emmy for you out of pure love generosity.

Emmy's not evil! Just because she bit you when I told you not to touch her (she's snappy due to carrying 4 babies, perhaps?).

No, my little Emmy's just stressed.

And I just feel sort of... maternal now. I have a little family to take care of. Have you seen the way that the owls eye Pygmy Puffs? Hedwig's been watching Emmy.

And I'll make sure none of them get a chance to get pregnant. Fred and George said they were working on Pygmy Puff birth control.

I was hoping you'd help me take care of my little family. Don't worry about it, I can handle Emmy.

Oy, Hermione! I think you just vacuumed me quill! I last saw it lying on the common room floor, now I can't find it anywhere. Maybe I can help you clean if you give my quill back.

Oh, and I wonder if I can join this community of yours, considering I have a LiveJournal meself.

I checked, I didn't vacuum your quill. Perhaps it's in the dorms? Or maybe Crookshanks has it. I've been so preoccupied with Emmy lately that he's been bringing me random things to get my attention.

My dear lady, if you don't want to be babysitting anyone, may I suggest an alternative? Speaking from experience, getting something banned only increases the likelyhood it will be there and decreases the likleyhood it will be found out. So why not indulge enjoy yourself as well? Just a thought, don't throw a hissy fit if you don't like it, there are quite enough hissy fits in the world thank you very much.

So I can get myself expelled, as well as killing brain cells and probably doing something I'd end up regreting? No thank you.

No, so you don't have to gripe about babysitting anyone. It's for Ron's good, really Just forget I said anything and we'll be dandy.

*sigh* Don't worry, I've just been in positions like this before with slightly older Muggle cousins who have a passion for Passion Pop.

Oh, come on. I'll carry it around in a little baby sack on my back if I have to teach it only, er, good things.
