i was thinking of transferring to ny, but this is the reason i'm not.
in philly i live in a 1 bedroom now for 1100, but when i had a studio it was like 600. and if i had lived a few blocks south i could have gotten a 4 bedroom house for that price. ridic.

yeah the is rediculous look on creigs list and contact some realiters and google off campus housing in new york nyu probably has a good list
