Is it realistic to believe that one day we can watch ourselves without any conscious at all?

Besides the fact that I have had the wonderful opportunity to laugh extremely hard at various things, I still think I am currently a huge wreck. I'm a big worry wart. And you know things are bad when you start becomming incredibly sick of yourself.
