i look bad with black eyeliner too...

use a dark brown, and only do the tops of your lids... don't do under your eyes, it makes them look smaller. the top lid emphasis makes your eyes look more wide open, and thus, bigger.

the bigger the better (the tighter the sweater... busts...busts...*cough* don't know where that came from...)
